b.Original packaging and certificates intact

c.Non-customized products only (see Section III)

※Cost Responsibilities:

a.Customer bears return shipping fees

b.Refund amount = item price - original shipping fee

3. Non-Returnable Items

a.Customized pieces (engraved/astrological/energy-programmed items)

b.Opened consumables (sage sticks, candles, etc.)

c.Sale/discounted items & gift cards

d.Items missing certificates or damaged packaging

III. Refund Specifications

Shipment:

a.Defects: Use provided free return label

b.Unwanted returns: Self-arranged carrier (tracking number required)

c.Critical Note: Do NOT return to package sender address

V. Special Provisions

※Gifts: Refunds for gift-marked orders will be issued as e-gift cards

※Extended Warranty: 50% discount voucher for defective items within 1 year
